We hope everyone had a very special holiday season. With the New Year upon us, we are full steam ahead getting ready for the trip west to the National Western Stock Show held in Denver, CO. This will be Almosta Farm’s 12th year attending.
A few years ago, a group started to travel and be stalled together at the show. We soon realized that we had such as great time and worked so well together it became a tradition. Through the years it has grown into more farms and even a name has popped up as the “Almosta Gang”. This year we will have 5 farms with 14 animals from MI; NE; CO; and MN in the “Gang”.
Our goal is to work and laugh hard but most of all to promote the breed and our farms. For those of you attending the great event in Denver, please look us up. We’d love to visit with you.
Almosta Farm is also proud to help promote Pell Creek’s Pendelton (D) that will be offered in the National Highland Sale at the National Western Stock Show in Denver on Jan. 24, 2015 owned by Pell Creek Highlands in Balaton,MN. Bailey would be glad to answer any questions that you may have about him.
He is the combination of Spring Flight Connecticut Yankee and Skye High Koal genetics . With his genetics and disposition, he has so much to offer any breeding program.
